BCLE 2000 is DRI International's flagship business continuity course: four full days of instruction and a half day examination, covering all ten Professional Practices, delivered by Resilience Guard as an accredited DRI provider.
Instruction includes new and expanded coverage of cloud computing, cyberthreats, supply chain, risk transfer, insurance considerations, legal and regulatory requirements and manufacturing processes, alongside the traditional core of evaluating risks, gaining leadership buy in, crisis communications and programme audit.
An experienced instructor uses real world examples and interactive workshop exercises to walk you through the key elements of business continuity management. The course walks through the complete DRI body of knowledge: programme initiation and management, risk assessment, business impact analysis, business continuity strategies, incident response, plan development and implementation, awareness and training programmes, business continuity plan exercise, audit and maintenance, crisis communications, and coordination with external agencies.
