About Resilience Guard | Swiss Practitioner-Led Resilience Advisory
About

A Swiss boutique with a practitioner core.

Founded in 2014, winner of three BCI Global Awards, research active, and trusted to train the advisors of three of the world's four largest professional services networks.

Who we are

The firm

Resilience Guard GmbH is a Swiss, practitioner-led resilience, risk and business continuity advisory, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Steinhausen, Canton of Zug. The firm was built on a simple conviction: resilience advice is only worth taking from people who have actually carried the pager, run the crisis room and rebuilt operations after real disruption.

That conviction shapes everything: a deliberately small senior team, more than 120 delivered projects, three BCI Global Awards, DRI accreditation, a research arm active in more than 16 EU Horizon projects, and the trust of three of the world's four largest professional services networks, who send their own advisors to us to be trained.

How we behave

Governance and responsibility

We hold ourselves to the standards we advise: a published Code of Conduct, an active sustainability commitment, and a gender equality policy. Governance is not a page on a website, it is how a firm that audits others must itself behave.
