Governance
How we govern ourselves
Our conduct, our sustainability and our people commitments are not separate policies. They are one governance framework, presented here in the order in which they bind us.
The umbrella
One framework above the standards we publish
Governance at Resilience Guard is the umbrella over how we behave, how we run the firm and how we treat people. This page connects those commitments in one place, in the order in which they bind us.
The order is deliberate. Our code of conduct comes first because it binds every person on every engagement and everything else builds on it. Sustainability comes second because it carries the firmwide picture: environmental, social and governance practice, including our social responsibility work. Gender equality comes third not because it matters least, but because it is the most specific: a named promise inside our people agenda, important enough to state on its own.
How the framework fits together
Code of Conduct
The foundation. Six principles, integrity, confidentiality, independence, competence, respect and compliance, applied to everyone on every engagement.

Our sustainability ›Gender Equality
The named promise. Equal opportunity, fair progression and a respectful workplace, stated on its own page with the full statement available to download.

Code of Conduct
First because nothing else stands without it. It governs how we treat information, clients and each other, and it is the test every other commitment must pass. Read the code ›
Sustainability
Second because it is the broadest commitment: how the firm endures responsibly across environment, people, society and governance. Our social responsibility work lives here. Our sustainability ›
Gender Equality
Third in breadth, not in importance. It is the most specific promise in the framework, and we keep it visible on its own page precisely so it cannot be diluted. Our approach ›
Raising a concern
