The crisis simulation module of Resilience Arena puts leadership and crisis teams inside a realistic, escalating scenario, releases injects as the situation develops, records the decisions the team makes under pressure, and scores every decision deterministically against recognised standards, so the same session that trains the team also produces defensible exercising evidence.
The scoring is the differentiator. A facilitator's impression is an opinion; a deterministic score is explainable, repeatable and comparable, exercise after exercise, which is what turns exercising from an event into a measured improvement curve a board can read. Under NIS2 and DORA, where supervisors ask whether leadership has been tested and whether the result can be shown, that curve is precisely the answer.
The scenarios reflect how organisations actually fail: ransomware and supplier compromise, power and infrastructure loss, reputational crisis, each escalating realistically rather than politely.
